Mr. Bump 0 Posted February 3, 2009 Fuck sake we finally sign a central defender and he''s not gonna get played it''s a fucking jokeSACK THE BOARD - GUNN OUT
Big Duncs Bloody Shirt 0 Posted February 3, 2009 Not a surprise ... but good news never the less. Gunny''s lack of experience seems to have been partly compensated by the appointment of the team around him. Only time will tell if legendary players make a legendary management team but I guess if the brown stuff starts flying it''s now most likely to be directed at Delia and co (which is no bad thing), rather than our heroes of the UEFA cup era.Mumbles wasn''t kidding when, after the Barnsley game, he waffled on about the necessity for the new management team to bleed green and yellow! ... little did we realise that the whole bloomin'' lot would be!!!Anyway ... let''s hope Mr Butterworth (can''t recall his nickname) has a positive effect tonight and we don''t succumb to the usual Molineux demolition!C''MON BOYS!!! ..... whoareyou? 0 Posted February 3, 2009 Welcome back, Butterworth. At least he was a part of a succesful side with us.He was a very solid defender. How we could do with one of these combinations now in centre defence.Butterworth - LinighanButterworth - PolstonForbes - StringerWatson - BruceFleming - Mackay. We''ve had some very good defensive partnership over the years.
