Does anyone know of any car-parking details for tommorows game. I know there is a park & ride nearby but is there any off street parking available?

Cheers

Although there is a car park next to the club entrance it is very small and always full. Other parking in this area is in side streets and limited. Off-road car-parking is provided behind the ground accessed from Coldhams Lane. To reach this, continue past the ground entrance for another 400 yards and turn Left into Coldhams Lane at the traffic lights. Continue for about 300 yards, crossing a small round-a-bout and over a railway bridge, The car park entrance is on the left about 50 yards beyond the bridge. Thanks to Chris Armstrong for providing the directions and car parking details.

Cambridge railway station is over two miles away, best catch a taxi (about £5). If you decide to walk to the ground, then it is a fair old stroll, and a mazey route, but should only take 30 minutes at a good pace. Leave the station and take the first right hand turn into Tenison Avenue. Just beyond the traffic lights turn right into St. Barnabas Road. Follow this road along over the traffic lights and into Gywdir Road. Go through the traffic barrier and take the first left turn into Norfolk street. Then take the first right turn just past the newsagents into St. Matthews Street, pass the church and take the 4th right into New Street. Follow all the way along until you reach Coldhams Lane. Head left here and then take the first right onto Newmarket Road, continue along this road for the ground. Thanks to ''Main Stand Matt'' for providing the directions.

i live in Cambridge and would prob advise against this on match days in the season but it should be ok for tomorrow, esp as it''s in the evening - the place to park is in the (enormous) retail parks off Newmarket Road, about 1/2 a mile from the ground. On the right coming from the city you have PC world, curries, boots, halfords and on the left immediately opposite is a Tesco Extra with equally huge parking facilities. Closer still to the ground, literally a stones throw away on the right is a b&q with it''s own car park but they may be more vigilant.
