The Fish Seller 0 Posted January 16, 2009 Prodigious Moldovan footballing talent Masal Bugduv has signed for Norwich in what has been described as a massive coup and a huge success story for Championship football. Since appearing in the Times'' list of the Worlds 50 most promising footballers Bugduv aged just 16 yet already a fully fledged International and captain of his club team has been watched by several Premiership Clubs most notably Arsenal who were reported to be interested in signing the rising star on a long term contract. The Carrow road club issued the following brief statement regarding the signing, a full press conference is hastily being scheduled for late friday afternoon to announce the signing formally. "We are delighted to capture the signing of such a talented young star as Masal Bugduv. He has joined us on a three year deal and if the neccesary paperwork can be put in place with the FA in time will be able to appear in the squad for tomorrows match with Barnsley. We would like to take the time to express our thanks to the thre hundred hardy souls who alerted us to this players availability by making the effort to stay behind after the Charlton match and chanting his name up to us in the Directors box though he did take our dedicated web forum monitoring team some time to google as they were initially looking for a ''Mightaswell Bogoff''. We see the signing of Masal as a clear statement of intent by the Club and we can expect to see a number of similar signings over the next few months. We need to find a way to reduce the wage bill at the club down to a sustainable level and signing players who dont actually exist not only helps us retain strength in depth throughout the squad but frees up vast amounts of money from the football wage bill for other projects". The new manager would be an instant hit and the board would take the spot light off the new manager debacle....There was a ''rumour'' that Hucks agreed with San Jose to play for Norwich for free until the new MLS season and Ratty rejected it...The above rumour seems quite feasible if you ask me

we8wba 0 Posted January 16, 2009 agreed ct, the board should sanction the move now to restore a bit of faith in the fans and to well basically suck up to you guys as they know early bird season tickets will be due soon

This would mean he would only get one game at most in!!
