Are the Board beind Deliberatley slow?

I  hope  this  is  not  the  case  however  delaying  a  managerial  selection  to  the  end  of  the  month  means  that  they  will  not  get  pestered  for  cash  for  transfers. The  loan  market  will  still  be  open  until  march  but  most  believe  we  have  too  many  loans  anyway. It  beats  me  why  we  have  to  have  such  a  protracted  process, its  not  what  someone  says  in  interview  eg  Grant/Roeder  it  should  be  their  track  record. There  are  plenty  of  good  people  out  there  unemployed  at  the  moment, this  could  and  should  be  sorted  by  monday  at  the  latest
