A really good day.  No Roeder, a popular guy in charge, Cureton scoring, the 59ers lap of honour (and tremendous reception), a clean sheet, good atmosphere and some fine goals.  The fourth was the icing on the cake - a backheel (Lupoli?), lovely cross from Bell and a great header by Russell.

One faux pas.  The Snakepit (me included) chanted Jamie''s name when Wes got his goal.  But it is a long way from the River End and they do look somewhat alike from a distance...

Who knows what the future will bring, but today was worth savouring. [:D]
