If Gunn was that good..............

Recommended Posts

No disrespect to the guy who relaxed the players and was in charge for the vital win on Saturday but so many fans are now clamouring for his appointment solely on the ''evidence'' of that game or should that be the second half as the first half was nothing better than GR presided over. Most recently we have Gunn as No 2 to Ince - god help us!

Lets face it if the boy Gunn was THAT good then why did Worthy not appoint him when Foley was sacked, why did Grant not appoint him instead of Duffer and why did Roeder not appoint him when Clark left the sinking ship? Just a thought.

and lets face it all three have been sacked , so none of thier decisions were obviously any good hence the reason they arnt here anymore.

we could do alot worse than gunn , infact we had.

its not hard to disbelieve though is it.. if a coach was any good he would stay at the club.. look how many managerial changes Keith Webb went through.... and he bought through the likes of Sutton, Bellamy, Eadie, Greeno, Shacks, Kenton and many more.. is it any suprise that he left off his own back to join the linnets and the youth team has gone done the toilet since?

good coaches are the ones you miss....

jas :)

gunn has been at the club over 20 years , knows the players how the club runs , head of scouting , and one of norwichs best players ever.

his first game called jamie cureton back , who scores .

he must see something and have better judement than roeder.

who on earth sends a striker out on loan to a rival , when we are short up front.

the three managers we have had , have been a disaster.

i should imagine if you asked sir alex , his thoughts on gunn .

would be fairly good , lets face it for the bloke (the best most successfull manager in the country)

to give his support  to gunn he must think alot of him .

i think the bloke would do a good job , as i said before gunny is a respected man , thats half the battle .
