When things were actually happening, regarding Cullum and his 20 million investment offer. The first any of us heard about it was from the EDP. Therefore, surely you can''t believe a couple of posters coming on here and claiming their is some form of investment happening. We had none of this before the Cullum issue.

So, sorry to ruin everyones excitement. But I very much doubt we have any significant investment anywhere near completition. The new manager is most probably going to be a cheap option, somebody unemployed/employed at NCFC with low wages, and we still have a worryingly poor side.

Don''t believe any posters without significant evidence or until something is confirmed from a rather more reliable source.

In the interests of accuracy that''s not the case Shaun.  The EDP told us in July that Cullum had been offering to invest since autumn 2007 but we already knew that.  In October 2007 there was a thread on here from a poster called JC - "No new investors . . . yes there are but they are being blocked" - which disclosed Cullum''s interest.  That was how we found out.  The EDP must have known about it at the time but kept schtum, for whatever reason.

I''ve no idea whether this latest rumour is true or not, but the absence of coverage in the EDP is neither here nor there.
