Roeder misses the point!

Recommended Posts

Footballers are simple creatures, they have a talent on a pitch and it needs to be coaxed from them and they need to be given confidence. An arm around a player and faith in ability will get better results and improve league position and the manager looks like a real good leader. Football at the bottom of the league is simple, square pegs in square holes, give the players confidence and research the opposition in order to get the tactics right. Sign promising players from lower leagues who are ready for a scrap, not Premiership pretty boys who want to pass it all the way to the title. Once we get past half way up the table then its time to mix it up and allow more options. Roeder is shooting himself in the foot, by being pig-headed and doing it his way and allowing arogance to show through, he is making it harder for himself. Do the basics Glenn and then when we show signs of improvements you have the right to do it your way.

I think Roeders missed the point about football team management long before the board made the terrible mistake of appointing him, just look at his record!

Roeder out before we end up in League 1!

Spot on, West Ham fans are laughing at us having Roeder in charge!
