missing in action? 0 Posted January 14, 2009 MY IDEAL CANDIDATESdarren ferguson- 1 promotion so far ( league 2)win percentage : N/Apaul trollope- 1 promotion (league 2)win percentage: 38.5%nigel adkins- 1 promotion (league 1)win percentage: 44.01%kenny jackett- 2 promotions, 2 FAW premier cupswin percentage: 46%mark robins- no promotionswin percentage: 49%my pic of the few would be jackett, who has had a good grounding in football, and has had a very consitant record at swansea, watford and millwall. he has always encouraged a nice playing style and been a great man manager.a risk would be worth taking on robins and adkins as they win percentages make up for the lack of experience.
