EssexNCFC 0 Posted January 14, 2009 Passion for the club, someone who understands the fans and loves the club so puts them first... or... someone experienced who might not be as loyal but has been around and knows his stuff? I think Id be tempted to go for passion. Lets get in a manager who cares and the fans can relate to, someone who can lead the club for years rather than a name we all know but whos heart isnt in it.
