Norwich - Southampton why not move the game to saturday the 24th?

Why don''t we move the game from tuesday evening the 27 of january to saturday the 24th of january ?

We are both out of the FA Cup and now we have a 10 day break to Southampton and after Southampton on tuesday we have to play Doncaster away in 3 days time, ridiculous. Why don''t Norwich City Football Club rearrange this match ? It''s better playing on a saturday afternoon than on a tuesday night. Or are we waiting for great tranfers coming in ?

Southampton are in severe financial trouble. Also, surely they would like to move the game from a freezing evening game to what should be a slightly warmer afternoon.

Good idea, but i''m not sure you can move a game just for that, it would be unfair on doncaster who have to play on tuesday as well.

Well it was just a thought ..... short notice indeed ... should have beaten Charlton anyway.

Games are only brought forward for a TV broadcasting.

A fan would be hoping that the board would authorise someone to sign two good experienced strikers urgently (so dont bring forward the fixture) but realism suggests this is a fantasy!
