The most obvious choice has to be Aidy B at this point in time. He is known as being a motivator not a soap box dictator, he also knows some of the accademy players from his time working in the accademy I should imagine and so can work with youngsters coming through.

I think Pardew''s a decent manager (at least with a bit of money behind him, which is problematic in our situation). Wouldn''t be that distraught if he came here though, but can''t see it happening.
