Pudd 1 Posted January 3, 2009 At least he could recognise when he was out of his depth.... Roeder is too blind and arrogant to accept he isn''t good enough. I hope the board do something about him quickly. Let''s get ourselves a manger with some integrity (Roeder claims to have this, but clearly doesn''t) and the ability to motivate a team. There are plenty of poorer teams, with less quality in their squads that are out performing us. Why? Because they have the motivation to win.The team need leadership from their manager - if they follow Roeder, they''ll all be arrogant, under-performers. Tony Cottee Woz Ere . . . 0 Posted January 3, 2009 Grant was a poor manager but a likeable guy who showed a lot of dignity in the way he left when he knew he it wasn''t going to work out. Unfortunately i think peter grant had more dignity in his little finger than glenn roeder will ever have.

BlueJam 0 Posted January 3, 2009 Grant isn''t and wasn''t a better manager than Roeder you dipstick. Grant though, was and is a decent chap, and I was sorry when he failed.
