How many fans own or have regular ( i e at least twice weekly ) a canary ? and if the answer is affirmative which particular type ?Before you ask I have a Ginger''s Song canary which is a kind of variegated yellow, but with more black than most canaries . Very popular and common in Northern Florida (Tallahassee region )

WeAreYellows49 0 Posted January 4, 2009 We had a yellow and green canary until 9 months ago, he lived until he was 9 bless him. He was my mums bird and we paid more for his pure colours, and the fact mum was a NC fan made it worth the extra, but when she passed away we took him on naturally. He was beautiful, sang and did a decent wolf whistle much to my delight lol. He also immitated my mum''s cough and my laugh.I have no idea what type, all I do know is he is much missed.
