Both Roeder & Ramos had good first season''s with their clubs, but seriously struggled this campaign. On paper, Norwich & Tottenham both have superb squads that should never be in the positions they are/were in. Many Spurs fans, alike with Norwich, said getting rid of the manager wasn''t the right move, and it was the board''s fault for selling all the best players. The Spurs board, did eventually reach a point where they decided enough was enough. A different type of manager came in, and has saved their season.You may argue we can''t afford to, but I would argue that we MUST act before it is too late.
