Well Done Crofty

Recommended Posts

Forget the Boards or Glenn Roeder''s shortcomings, we had 11 well paid players out there today and what did we get,  one of the worse home displays since Burnley won 4-1.

The quality was poor but so was the lack of effort. Where were the crunching tackles that you so need in a relegation  scrap ?

Poor old Otsemobor looks "shot" his passing display was awful and he was''t the only one.

Docs tried, and Hoolahan despite a poor game always showed for the ball but only one player deserved his paycheck...Lee Croft who had a virus 24 hours ago ! The players should be ashamed.

Roeder said judge him over a year, and his team is an improvement on Granty ''s team, but cast your minds back to our Boxing day draw with Charlton last year. It was 1-1 but we murdered them, this team today are nowhere near that side in effort or ability.

Take Darel Russell he is a shadow of the player who rightly got the "man of the match"  award in that game.

Docs said in an interview on Friday that we are too smaller a team ( and that was very noticable today) so now it does come back to Roeder  the question for him being if the Docs can see it why can''t he ?

PS Worse decision so far = letting Cureton going on loan to one of our rivals. (And I am not saying it after the event)

To escape this we may have to let Roeder go, he performed a miracle last year but has he lost the dressing room ?

he has lost the player''s confidence, he has lost the dressing room, he has lost my respect and many others out of the 25,000 fans there today...

thanks Glenn for the wonders you did last season because it really was a miracle, but same with Delia... time has to end soon enough and yours is now before you drag us under

Well Done Croft for today, and for the past 6 weeks of games, excellent effort, ability, goals and crossing... keep it up and get your team mates in your form :)

Hardly say Clinkers was outstanding! Our midfield was totally anonymous first half - they were first onto everything, and allowed two of their midfielders to burst through everyone and scored.

Agreed, Doc pulled off some crucial challenges and also showed some good turns of pace and skill on the ball, shame about the odd howler. Clingan at times... but agree fully, Crofty and Doc deserve my attention and praise today

The Doc was outstanding as was Clingan so Croft wern''t the only one  but other than them it was a shambles!

Roeder out!

[/quote]Summed up today nearly perfectly! Croft was AMAZING! if only there was some more good players round him, he''d have set up a hatful of goals 2nyt. Thought you couldn''t critisize Marshall, Hoolahan, Rusty and Lita tho, and Sibs was surprisingly brilliant when he came on! Omozusi and Bertrand were good in parts. Didn''t think much to Pattison, Semmi and Bell (useless today, but saw him play vs Burnley and he was really gd so i''ll let this one go!)
