We want Delia out! chants!?

Recommended Posts

I do mate and was one of the few to chant that. We need more.

this women has done more to divide this club and it''s great supporters than Robert Chase could ever have done. Do you remember fan against fan at the end of the chase era, which coincidentally was by far the most successful period in the football clubs history.

there are to many people, especially the Johny come latelies in the Barclay, who are the main cause  of the fan against fan in their mistaken  belief that  "she saved the club cr*p".

you can stick ya ******* kitchens etc up ya **** (which are contributing jack s**t to Norwich City F C. or at the very least an insignificant sum of money)

we will never gain any stability at this club if we sack a manager

every 12 months - Norwich Fans yesterday instead of trying to help ther

team through the match by cheering them on decided to boo every time a

pass went way-ward  or shot slightly over as if Chelsea or man Utd

never do that 10 times a game expectations are too high around the club

and we will for the next few seasons be looking to survive or get a

lucky break that we did with worthy

the fact is our defesne was the issue again today with doc covering the whole back line

Our club is heading back to the depths of the 3rd division that I thought we''d left behind 50 years ago.  What do you mean "expectations are too high"????  Currently I''d be happy to accept mid-table mediocrity rather than the current rubbish.  Are my expectations too high?  I''d like us to actually own our squad rather than paying out wasted money on loans.  Are my expectations too high?  I''d like us to have just a bit of consistency on the pitch rather than the current "win one, lose the next 2".  Are my expectations too high?  I''d actually like us to be in a position to challenge for promotion.  Do you really think my expectations are too high?  I''d like a bit of leadership and direction from the Board.  Are my expectations too high?  We have crowds that are the envy of most in this division and yet we are still best part of £20 million in debt. This can''t go on and change must happen.  How you expect supporters to just sit there and happily "cheer on the boys" when they are playing appallingly and losing at home (yet again) to one of the worst teams in the league is beyond me.  In fact I think the crowd have been remarkably patient so far.  No, I really think it''s time that people really started to voice their displeasure at the way our club is going down the pan.

So Worthy, why has she such a super supporter compare to the rest of us?!?!

She has had a break for quite a few seasons now and keeps making mistakes so why should we give her a break?, with that stance perhaps you should be giving Roeder a break!

Yeah and look where that has got us. Why should we give her a break because she tried and out of sentiment? My old boss would''ve given me the boot had i only ''tried''. They are out of depth and the Club is bigger than a celebrity chef. Its our club and her input has taken us back, not forward so its a case of thanks Delia shut the door on the way out love.

The only way Delia can/will go is when an investor comes in and I''m not talking about Mr Cullum, he will only invest once the club is demoted - it''s called business I suppose.

Let''s not forget - she made this possible....

History many moons ago now though and many, many mistakes!. Time moves on or perhaps we should have Maggie Thatcher back in the country for the one good thing she  perhaps did?!

Seem to remember that Carl Moore again made promotion a reality also by funding the best player in the leagues salary that season plus far too many others to mention....

Yes time moves on, as does the financial market.  Nobody wants to buy us and unless that happens, surely it''s better to take what Delia and MW can afford to give as opposed to the other option.  A little of something is better than nothing.

Yeah but do we know what othe other options are?,  Cullum has already stated he would not let the club go under but does not want to pay Delias pension....
Hardly surprising the "chant" wasn''t mentioned anywhere. Unless you were sat in the middle of the 5 or 6 kids shouting I doubt you would have heard it.
Just funny how the roeder one are mentioned though and the smith ones are ignored?!.

Not really. From where the reporters sit or Radio Norfolk presenters are there is no way they would have heard the Delia chant. To be quite honest it sounded like half a dozen school kids at an England schoolboy game.

The Roeder chant was probably one of the loudest songs all afternoon and was certainly being sung in the Barclay Upper and Lower, the Snakepit and the Jarrold stands. There were people around me in the Upper joining in who i havn''t seen sing anything since we won promotion.

About the only song of the afternoon you mean!, you could hear it in the lower barclay I can assure and it will grow.....
Andy, I think it was more Messrs Crouch, Huckerby and Harper who made that possible - and the boards part in their participation could be said to be rather dubious........

The signing of Huckerby was down to one director who gave up his family Christmas to persuade both Darren to sign and Mr Moore to help finance the deal. The only part played by Delia was escorting him onto the pitch before the Forest game.

Unfortunately the gentleman is no longer a director. (Barry Skipper)

Curiously I don''t agree with you or your "****in" vitriol. When one kind gentleman a few rows above me in E block yesterday gave it the old "Delia you''re a ****** **** **** **** etc etc, Delia out *** **** **** *** etc etc  I asked him simply what he would suggest instead. The answer to the question was "You are a f*** c***, etc etc etc" with a dollop of implied violence against me for good measure. I was just as frustrated as anyone else yesterday but please, ......no really please, give me a suggestion of what we should actually DO...

You have hit the nail right on the head Chrisr. Those who tried to start the chant would do well to muster a couple of quid of pocket money between them so you could hardly expect them to understand the financial detail of share trading.

The club could start by doing away with the concessionary prices in the Barclay. That would be a bit more money from these particually offensive people towards moving the club forwards.

I suggest she sells the club for a tenner which she stated she would!, to a certain Mr P Cullum who can take the club forward!. And by the way I am no Johnny come lately, bit of a generalisation there me thinks!
