Fuglestad 0 Posted January 2, 2009 This is a big problem for the Championship, and one which Steve Coppell has talked wisely about. The premiership clubs have too many players, and the loan system is only helping them. If you got rid of loans altogether, these fringe players would inevitably have to leave and sign full time deals with lower league clubs, making the whole pyramid more competetive.
