Adam Sadler replaces Clark?

Recommended Posts

Apparently he''s on the pitch doing the warm ups with the players, think he was the guy Roeder wanted to bring in when Stevenson came.

So guess he''s our new assistant.

Looks like he replaced Clark at Newcastle as reserve team boss

Bit from their local paper last year

Nov 12 2007 by Alan Oliver, Evening Chronicle

NEWCASTLE United have appointed Adam Sadler as their new reserve-team coach.

The 28-year-old will replace fellow Geordie Lee Clark, who has joined Glenn Roeder as assistant manager at Norwich City, and work closely with Terry McDermott at United’s training ground.

Sadler has already been assistant academy director and goalkeeping coach with United, and Sam Allardyce has obviously seen enough in him to promote him yet again.

There has been a lot of talk coming out of East Anglia that Sadler was to link up with Roeder and Clark at Carrow Road, but this has not turned out to be the case.

The Chronicle can reveal Roeder will appoint another former United player, Paul Stephenson, as one of his backroom staff in the next 48 hours.
