Just got back -- an I the first ? That will make a change !

Not gonna give individual ratings just those who stood out.

Marshall,7 usual type of performance from him, one bad kick and nearly saved the pen, solid.

Doc. 6 looked a little venerable at times but held firm.

Croft 8 Worked his socks off

Clingan 6 would have got more but gave away too many free kick, don''t think the change in position helped.

Russell 6 tried hard but was offside too often (maybe trying to copy Hucks !)

Cort 6 first appearance and took some time to get into the game won some good headers but it''s clear, needs more matches

well I thought it was a good game and we were gutted not to at least come back with a point, especially after the first half performance

Marshall - solid throughout, nearly saved the pen, 1 dodgy kick - 7

Otsemobor - good game, concentration improving - 7

Bertrand - stylish performance - 8

Doc - sound apart from failing to clear the box in the moments leading up to the penalty - 7

Kennedy - good on the ball but lacks pace - 6

Croft - my MoM just kept going and tried to create - 8.5

Clingan - got through a lot of work - 8

Pattison - a couple of quick passing moves didn''t come off on the sticky pitch but did OK - 6

Fozzy - actually passed forward a couple of times, but handled for the pen although don''t think it was deliberate - 6

Bell - good close control and crossing but lacks pace - 6

Russell - worked hard despite the close attention of the Reading defence who gave him quite a kicking - 8
