Charleston in 4/4 with accents usually on either 1/3 or 2/4.The Savoy Orpheans were major protagonists of the Charleston in Britain and were among the first to record them in any quantity. Jimmy Bone - Superstar 2 Posted December 6, 2008 Yeh,what a season!The 5-1 win against Blackpool is one of my earliest football memories from Carrow Road along with the win against Palace the following season that kept us up.I think it was a very late a Dave Stringer goal that did it for us.Remember being crammed into the old Barclay like sardines and squashed up against the crash barriers.Happy days indeed.
