I thought that Sammy Clingan had a fantastic game today considering he played 20 minutes at centre-back. I also thought Lee Croft had a good game on the right wing. Overall I would say it was a good performance.

I was at the game, lots of candidates, Kennedy, Clingan, Pattison, and Marshall were outstanding but Croft was on another level, he tracked back and his breaks were vital when trying to stave off the pressure

It was a good performance but defensively it did look fairly poor after we had Doherty sent off.

probaly looked different on sky but i thought the defence was superb, Marshall made a few good saves but over the 70mins Forest didn''t create too much against 10 men

marshall all day long! some amazing saves... the free-kick one especially. didn''t see it til late as well.obviously for their goal he slipped, but can''t be blamed fot that. defender should have done better to turn and block it anywayall in all - good day - and we won on Sky!

went to the match and mom was sammy clingan for me. suprised no one has mentioned lita, barely got a sniff in front of goal but worked his socks off and showed real commitment, really worked there backfour hard

Martin Tyler is more of an expert than any of us mere fans (why has he been demoted to champiosnhip games? its been years sinc i watched a game on sky.. he always used to do prem games) was raving about clinkers all night.. i think he just shaded it.

i was there and would of gave it to either clingan, crofty or marshall.

none of them really had a bad game, a part from doc making a late tackle and getting sent off for it.

Clinghan.

Some great saves from Marshall - but he was at fault for goal conceded. Slightly out of position, slipped & could not recover to prevent soft goal.

Players worked hard throughout team.

Pleased for players & manager. Need another win tuesday.

fotherington should egt man of the match he started the second goal move by passing it to a heavily marked lita, then got in there to push the forest guy onto the ball to make it go in.

He must get it he passed forward for once!!!!!

 

But on a serious note it was Marshall hands down, the mom of the game. Great save and was unlucky for forrests goal.
