As for the captaincy, if it is to change - and it should - Roeder is going to have to accept he made the wrong decision in choosing Fotheringham, and he doesn''t do that kind of thing. Or he could even just come out and say that when Foz was on form he was a good choice but he''s out of form and not even on the pitch, so it must be changed.
