'Meet the Board' Roadshow - Banham SC (Dec 11th)

Recommended Posts

Anyone going?

Its only 5mins up the road from me, so I shall probably pop in to see the board and listen/raise a few questions myself.

Plus I have a pool match there, so this should make the night interesting...!

Can''t we change it to ''Lynch the board'' and make it an evening of family entertainment ?

Guess this would be another opportunity for fans to ask the Board questions and to pretty much ignore Roeder who took the heat off them at the AGM.

I dont think Roeder will be there although Id like to see him there.

Do players ever go to these events?

Glenn is down to be there - details on the "Have we hit the bottom" thread.

Hope there''s going to be a huge turn-out.

I''m sure there will be, would this perhaps be a good opportunity for NCISA to make a statement on behalf of their members as you''ll probably have a large numbers of questionnaires back by then won''t you which will give you an indication of how we''re feeling?

What is needed is a bit of honesty regarding events behind the scenes,

i.e. why the Turners walked, whether Roeder had lost the dressing room,

etc. This would not only offer some explanation as to why things have

gone so badly wrong in recent years, but might also unite fans in

making an effort to improve the situation. By keeping things under

wraps the directors have only served to sow the seeds of doubt and

suspicion amongst supporters, a risky tactic when you want them to get

behind the team in tough times.
