I am a Banana (All Grown Up)

Why struggling in the league could help us very soon!

Recommended Posts

I have a very reliable source who works in the ''media'' area of the club and has given me a note to tell me that due to a certain player , who used to play for norwich, but now in the premiership has been out for some time is to be loaned out to us because he is coming back from having an ankle injury. He was very much loved here at Norwich and would be exactly what we currently need. A tall striker who knows where the net is.

His name is Dean Ashton!

As I said above my source is very reliable and has also told me in the past about signings such as Sibierski, and Clingan.

Now for a team like us who is currently struggling in the lower half of the champoinship and need a goalscorer, could he be the man to fill this position?

Bell would be able to provide many crosses in which Ashton would be able to get his head in the way and either score or create chances.

West ham will be looking to send him out on loan around january because he is still not even in light training, but this would be a great loan is it was to happen. By this time Lita will have gone to QPR(they have the money needed) and we will be able to make a straight swap because of the amount of loan players that are alowed to play at any one time.

Getting back to Ashton, it seems like a bit of a risk for West Ham, who are in a bit of trouble themselves.  I thought it was all the rage to get players up to fitness in closed-doors friendlies.  That said, if it happened, I''d be over the moon.

It wouldn''t matter if Ronaldo & f**king Robhino came here, we''d still go down under Roeder''s instruction.

west ham will pay his wages as long as he gets a certain amount of time on the pitch during the loan is what i have been told

90 mins by any chance??? this fudging deal stinks to high heaven - we can''t possibly accept terms like that, other teams insisting we play their loanees,,,thats it, i fold!!!

We should get David Healy back here somehow, he''s not playing for Sunderland at moment (1 appearance all season I think) yet is fully fit- I always felt we should have made sure we got him when he was on loan at Carrow Road- he scores goals and creates problems for defences.
