Syteanric 1 Posted November 14, 2008
Thanks strange because he emailed me Tuesday and said that Hucks had agreed with Roeder times to train at Colney although they weren''t fixed times. If he''s now saying he''s only allowed to use the gymn up there then thats a different story.
thats Doomcaster, who after saying"Its all been budgeted for" says "that simply isnt true" on things he said WERE true 12 months earlier.....jas :)

No reason to make it up! ,,,and I suspect you can work out what Darren thinks of his old boss!
So you were Simon then [:)] Mr Doncaster lied to me then as I have an email from him assuring me that Hucks has spoken to Roeder and agreed days when he can train at Colney. Grrrr
Doomcaster lying, surely not lol.
I will tackle him on this tomorrow [:D]
Shame you could''nt wait until Saturday. I have this vision of Neil Doncaster standing opposite the Canary Store, talking to a couple of fans and all of a sudden CA just running in with an all-out Rugby Tackle. That would get a few hits on You tube.
Camera at the ready - just give me a time tomorrow.[8-|]
ca 1 Posted November 14, 2008 If I had a microphone tomorrow I would have a couple of glasses of wine first and rant at anyone who would listen, thats how angry I am at the shambles we are in ( and thats win or lose tomorrow)

Mr.Carrow 376 Posted November 15, 2008

Just back from the studio as one of the guests on the show. What a legend Darren Huckerby is! How can our football club treat our legend like that. He is not even allow to put a foot on the grass at Colney and as confirmed will be training at Lowestoft with Craig Fleming. ...and Darren as you have confirmed you (and most of the other players read this) many thanks for the lift back to the station you are a true gent.
So guess you are Tim Allman [:)] so spill the beans has he honestly been told he can''t train at Colney?
This sounds like a potential Spartacus moment. I am Tim Allman, and have just got back from the Forum. It took a long time as I live in NW London, but we did pop into the Nelson for a swift one before catching the 8.00pm train.I''d like to echo what Lucky Nine said about Hucks. The man bleeds yellow and green. It was a surreal evening sitting in a radio studio with one of my heroes. Hucks did most of the talking, and when I spoke it was good chance for the listeners to nip out and put the kettle on.Thanks to Darren for the lift back to the station. It was the most expensive car I have ever travelled in.For those that read the PinkUn, I''ll be writing the Capital Canaries Column the week after next (22nd Nov) about the show.
Well done all, good stuff. [Y]. Good to hear you getting a few good points in about the board on what is obviously supposed to be a light-hearted show. I noticed Goreham (?) quickly steered the conversation away from anything controversial! Hucks was great value.

However you have to remember Chris has the job of interviewing people including Roeder at the club week in week out and has a hard enough job with some so he is hardly going to let a couple of fans and an ex player let rip on his show!City Angel you are right!!
