Beatle 0 Posted November 15, 2008 After todays abject result, what positives are there at our club???No Money!Very few quality players!!!!Ever fewer that we actually own!!!A blinkered board!!!!A manager with his hands tied and very little tactical awareness!!!A mediocre goalkeeper!A VERY poor defence!!!!A poor midfield!!A decent front two (Lupoli and Lita) neither of whom we own!!!An impressive fanbase that will rapidly dwindle if these pathetic results continue!!!Little or no ''on the pitch'' passionNO HOPE!!!!!WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE CLUB I (USED TO) LOVE??????I dread the forthcoming Derby, they''ll laugh at us ''til they p**s themselves! Bovril 264 Posted November 15, 2008 sadly were not average, were not extremely bad (ala derby last year), but just poor, ''poor'' in every single departmentthe boardthe teamthe financesthe managers tacticsand sadly this is what worries me rather then the immediate next few matches...we have nothing in the future, and the long term really does look bleak at the moment without much needed cash...if you add in the eventual dwindling crowds, as and when this happens we surely will be relegation fodder...can u imagine what our budget/financial statements would look like based on a burnley/preston esque average crowds of 11/12,000?!
