I was dancing around like a loon when I saw that last minute Llanelli winner! I ''d had everything crossed til then, and for 10 minutes after the Llanelli result was confirmed I was crossing everything for our boys. I was totally shellshocked when our winner went in. I actually went to that game as one of my mates is a big Southend fan - it is fair to say that Lambert was very very good yesterday!

And I''m really sorry because I think I gave you a bum steer[:(] One of my rules nat the start of the season was not to pick clubs who''d played in Europe during the previous week because strange results often follow. For some reason I forgot that PSV played and won against Marseille last week. That was poor picking on my part. To rectify this I am going to print out a check list to use when I make future selections. Sorry that it''s a bit like closing the stable door after the horse has bolted for this week.

I''m not downhearted due to the entertainment I provided for myself(and everybody else hopefully)with the Norwich and Llanelli games yesterday afternoon.
