Syteanric 1 Posted October 28, 2008 Marshall ouyt of his goal and Tackled Again against Derby!!!!! I expect the rumours to start up again......brown bags, dodgy asians etc....On a serious Note Marshall loses concentration!!!! another of his flaws, and one of the reasons he conceded against wolves, Donny (through the legs) and the Derby Howler(s)....jas :)

silver fox 0 Posted October 28, 2008 What a difference a week makes and it shows how inconsistent we are. Superb against Wolves, lucky against Doncaster, and back to normal against Derby The most frustrating thing for me is that Roeder puts Cureton on the bench as our only recognised replacement striker, yet once again he pushes Russell up front. I know Roeder doesn''t like taking advice from supporters, but Russell is not a striker, never will be a striker, and once again you made the wrong decision. I can only guess that Cureton, Lupoli, and Koroma must feel really confident knowing that you believe Russell to be a better option to play up front.
John 0 Posted October 28, 2008 We deserved to lose tonight. We may have shown a little fight inthe second half, but considering how lackluster, poor and diabolical wewere in the first half, the second half called for a legendaryperformance from the players, that they simply aren''t capable ofdelivering (thats no insult against them though. To produce a secondhalf performance as good as the first was bad you''d need to beManchester United or Barcelona). To be honest, i don''t believethere to be a word in my vocabulary that could possibly sum up how poorwe were in the first half tonight. Only under Grant have i known a 45minute performance to be anywhere near as bad.Second half weopened poorly, tired, and sloppily, yet not half as bad as we were inthe first half. Then from some glimpses of class we manage to gain agoal from Kennedy, that inspires almost 20 minutes of average rangingto inspiring play, but still not fast or clinical enough to getanything from the game.We then slow down, and as kind as wetend to be towards sides who are always back pedaling, we let them backin (i like to think it''s out of kindness and courtesy that we dothat....). Wish i could say it was one momentary lapse, but truth betold it was a series over the course of 2 or 3 minutes of complete lackof attention. The only thing that was going to wake them up over thatperiod was a goal, and Derby certainly struck one in, ringing the alarmbells and waking up the Norwich players. However from then on welooked like how i am when my alarm wakes me up at 5:30 in the morning.Eyes wide open, putting in what effort i can, but truth is, I''m toomisguided and disorientated to do anything productive, and i might aswell be in bed, cos I''m as likely to shoot myself in the foot as toturn on the tele.I guess it can be blamed on having so manygames in such a short space of time, but we''re not the only ones in it,and if we are not "physically fit enough" (please say Roeder heardthat) to deal with it, then we should be worried, cos if that''s thecase, consider this no more than a taste of whats to come.If fitness is not the case though, BUCK UP YOUR IDEAS CITY! 0ridgemanddMMyyyy0Falseen-USTrue 0 Posted October 28, 2008 I thought Lee Clark said there would be no more gutless performances whilst he was in charge just goes to prove he doesnt know what he is talking about. I am now beginning to think that Roeder and Clark are the problem.
Nuff Said 5,089 Posted October 28, 2008 Just back from the match and no time for a full post-mortem but I have to say Hoolahan was awful tonight, and Sibierski wasn''t much better. Send him back and use the money for Iversen as a permanent. Bell made a real difference when he came on and Patty wasn''t bad either. Croft was worth his place but disappointed in the number of times Dejan hoofed it upfield.

whoareyou? 0 Posted October 29, 2008 Having been to the Doncaster game on Saturday which involves a 400 mile round trip, i pretty much decided then i couldn''t justify wasting money on the rubbish that was served up and would not be attending again til there was a change of ownership of the club, last night has just reinforced my view.We are a listless ship drifting towards the rocks of League 1.
