Failing that you can post me here and I will send you one. Why not have a go? You can win up to £500 and all the money we raise goes to the academy. Last season we gave them over £1500. You can enter under your message board nickname if you want. I might even set up a mini league. There may be a delay in getting back to you as I am off to California (USA not Sands) for two weeks and I am unlikely to have access to a PC.
