Pi$$ed As A Mattress 0 Posted September 2, 2008 Just what does it take to gain a place on the board of our beloved Norwich City??.Andrew Turner - worth £275m- Loan £2.5m- Actual money given to NCFC...NilIt seems that a member of the board must have been educated at University, Have a fortune in the bank but....not actually give anything.Without meaning to sound funny, I could go onto the board, give (not lend) the club £100 and I would have actually had more of a positive effect than Andrew Turner. The Walking Man 13 Posted September 2, 2008 Actually it took 5000 shares and an invitation to join the board...
canary cherub 1 Posted September 2, 2008 NCFC is not a registered charity. Investors do not donate money to the club and I for one wouldn''t expect them to. D&M''s investment has been in the form of loans which have been converted into shares. That''s how it works.
