Inch High aka Inchy.. 405 Posted September 8, 2008 OK lets get this sorted.As a photographer myself and looking at the pictures in question I''ll say that the club have nicked your idea possibly(maybe you without knowing nicked theirs) but have not infringed any copyright. You have copyright to the picture you took but not the subject. The picture on your profile is too small for the club to interpolate(make bigger)to the size and quality that they have so this suggests to me that somebody else has copied your idea(or you theirs). Now it''s unlikely that anybody at the football club did this as it is more likely to be a stock image purchased from a stock library. Who is to say that their pic wasn''t taken before yours but has sat unused for many years?? Cam knows all this and should know better than to attempt to make cash from it.......naughty.
