October is the key month ahead

Really enjoyed the first month back - had forecast we''d have had 3 points instead of 2 at this stage (all against Palace, so Newcastle a bonus). Great heart and no mean amount of ability on show from the boys but we need to get some points now as I suspect we''ll be bottom 3 over the next 36 hours.
Sept has some testing fixtures, but Oct is the key month imo - home to Portsmouth & Everton and away at the Baggies: 7 points this month and we can really build in a much easier run through to Xmas than we''ve had so far, and can avoid the horrible prospect of having to platy catch up.
I have no doubt this can be achieved but October will be key
