Tangible Fixed Assets anyone?

Money and the loan re the ex LSE land

Recommended Posts

Everyone has been taking about the credit crunch so this might not be the only loan or overdraft that the club has been asked to reduce.

Creditors may well be shaping our team.
Given that the £2.5m loan (as at 31/5/2007) relating to the ex LSE land is due for repayment by December 2008, it just makes me wonder if any money is being diverted from strengthening the playing squad in order to repay the loan?
I think Doncaster stated that the loan would be payed off in May- i remember being suprised at the time that we were paying it off early.  IMO that`s what the £3m.ish profit on Earnshaw and Etuhu was about......

They were also hoping to get a land deal concluded by May 2008......in order to repay the loan early?
Where is this land?
It doesn`t exist.  We, in collaboration with Grant Thornton UK LLP, have made it up to discredit the evil cook and her wily cohorts to thwart their attempts at doing everything in their power to provide the Norfolk public with an entertaining and successful football team raking in the cash in the top flight......

Badger - it''s behind the ground, on it are a few old factory buildings - just directly behind what is now the car park and past the new flats and community football park.

Think it''s obvious the club isn''t near administration, because we have a well run club and spend within our means and thankfully the board don''t listen to idiotic forum users who say "spend spend spend"!!!! but who then would sit back and moan whilst Norwich crumbled! anyway now off to the game, chow
No its Chow, I was heading to the all you can eat Chinese buffet on the riverside :) . I gave Delia a little kiss from the directors box as well, I gave her a little message from you, just a big thank you for keeping Norwich away from administration where so many other clubs are struggling to make ends meet, most notably clubs recently out of the Premiership, she says thank you for the recognition and she will continue to keep Norwich out of financial trouble.

TUT! TUT! On match-day, ignoring all the lovely eating establishments within Carrow Road, preferring instead, to fill your face in the ''Gorge Fest Buffet''......I thought an ardent lover like your ''pud self'' of the NCFC board (including our illustrious and industrious ''Deals no Deals'').....wouldn''t dream of denying the club your precious yen. Doesn''t the club''s menu suit your palate? Or, maybe you just don''t think it''s good value, decent enough quality - and that the portions are too meagre.....

Hope you waddled around the corner to the Gym afterwards - to burn off those oodles of noodles.....

Where you the one sat in the Directionless box, with a chopstick up each nostril going, ''wibble''?
