First of all it is reported that shola is having a medical at the scum, whilst a poster who has good contacts in the north east has told their m/b that newcastle are in for tiago (before the news broke today) has also told them that shola is in the area and is having a medical at either us or the blue scum.

Then Magilton comes out and denies reports that Shola has had a medical...

this evening a thread comes about of a striker having a medical tomorrow (i know its Bishop mentioned but you never know [:-*])

im not suggesting that Ameobi will definitely sign for us but the above is interesting...
