James Kent 0 Posted August 11, 2008 It seems to me that Hoolahan is a similar sort to Paul Mcveigh at his best. As people will remember Mcveigh always played best on the left like Hoolahan. Like Hoolahan he was never lightning quick, but had quick feet and used the ball well.Anyone else thought of this comparsion or am I way of the mark?

Buncey 1 Posted August 11, 2008 If Hoolahan ever reaches the level McVeigh did in his prime for us then he is a great signing.(I have to say that I wanted us to sign Hoolahan in the summer last year, he really impressed me in the play-offs for blackpool and I saw him as a new McVeigh, so I''d say very good call with this thread)
James Kent 0 Posted August 11, 2008 Your right Paul was a great goalscorer as well and here''s hoping Wes can add goals to his game.
