ncfcstar 342 Posted August 1, 2008 I''m glad, it shows the Roeder revolution is in full swing, 14 (including Gunn) remain. The deadwood finally routed out.
Rasputin was a C... 0 Posted August 1, 2008 So that is...Shackell, Doherty, Spillane, Fotheringham, Martin, Russell, Croft, Lappin (but for how much longer?), Cureton, Drury, Chadwick, Eagle and Otsemobor. Not a huge number considering how many have departed. Lazza 0 Posted August 2, 2008 I''m glad too. For the last couple of years we''ve been moaining about all the dead wood at the club, now finally GR has had the guts and the backing from the board to do something about it! I thought, right from the start when GR was appointed that we were on the verge of some big changes. Why would they take on a big name like GR if they weren''t going to let him rebuild the team?Only time will tell if the changes will work out but I have to say I''m very hopeful. I''m hopeing we can qualify for the play offs but lose in the final. That should give us an additional cash bonu and the extra year I think we will need to fully rebuild the squad & backroom staff that should allow for a real promotion push and a better chance of survival if we do make it.Speaking of which - how many of the backroom staff listed are still at the club?
