- You can always rely on Bellars - Good man

Recommended Posts

The "nutter with the putter" strikes again. Hilarious! Can''t say that I blame him, though, if he was taking a lot of flak during the game. It''s just human nature to react after a certain amount of abuse. We all have our breaking points. I have been known to hurl abuse at players during matches, as I''m sure have a lot of football fans everywhere, but the difference with me is that I would never do something as cowardly and hypocritical as to report a player for retaliating verbally to my provocation - I would feel I deserved some sort of angry reaction.
...after starting a brawl in a casino in Sierra Leone this summer (I mean of all places) then abusing some binners last night afters scoring - we need to aknowledge just how off his trolley he his. However the really funny thing about the article is that Suffolk have

Pc Mark Norman, Suffolk police''s football intelligence officer, said: “Both Ipswich Town and West Ham are aware of an alleged incident that is being investigated internally. If a criminal offence is identified then we will take things further.”

hahahahhha Suffolk police football intelligence officer - they recruited him from outside the county then!!?? :-)
Hang on a second, from what I have read there is zero evidence of abuse. However, I bet he and Deano were the victims of abuse themselves. There was obviously some sort of minor spat with the fans probably after alot of provocation but why can''t people just shrug their shoulders and move on ? Why are the police always looking for evidence of a criminal offence instead of looking for real criminals. I recall the Palace fan being karate kicked by the Utd player all those years ago because allegedly he shouted "you French B" but why was that so hard for the player to take ? If someone called me an English B I would just laugh at the stupidity of the implied insult safe in the knowledge that I am one of around 50 million English people. I just don''t know anymore !
Absolutely.

The Town fan said " See you later Bellamy."

Course he did. Look at the bloke in the picture. He looks like he is easily offended.

Lol I''ve seen the picture ween... if he said "see you Later Bellamy" then im the new Striker glenns signing! He looks like the sort of bloke who would of said far worse... stupid thick binner...

As for Belluz.. he has always praised us and acknowleged what the club did for his career in varios interviews... He said on Football Focus not too long ago that he still looks for our results at half time and full time and watches us on Tv when it doesnt clash with his games... what a leg end the guy is...

"Belluz hates the Ispwich, Belluz hates the Ispwich la la la laaa, la la la laaa," LOL!

It is very hypocritical that the chap complaining says that his daughter was listening to Bellars abusive language but the whole ground is constantly singing loudly and in unision "You''re a ****!"

Well think of it logically."See You Later Bellamy""Prostitutes"To link the two is kind of difficult, unless the Ipswich fan said more than what he claims to have done.
.......he is a legend alright as mentioned before my fave Bellamy stort of the summer is the Casino fight in Sierra Leonne - I mean the country is totally war torn, dangerous, where kidnapping is very high and people pack shooters - so Bellars picks a fight in the Casino......in the capital, Freetown, where all the nutters probably hang out..............priceless.Maybe Craig was commenting on the lack of supply of the night time ladies when once there were more.

Blimey, that''s beyond the pale mate.
...beyond your pale perhaps...................I was commenting on what Craig may have thought.....not what I thought.......stop being so sensitive.....it''s you who have thought about the murders obviously.................maybe Bellars was commenting on the succesful police crack down of that particular area in recent times.

Bellars = City Legend

My (secret) connection down at Portaloo Rd claims to have heard the alleged conversation in full. It went something like this...

Deryk (Scummer): Why, Mr. Bellamy I bid farewell to you good sir!

Bellars: That''s righ you **** I''m off to **** some of those dead prossies! **** you!

Deryk (Scummer): Oh daughter cover your ears for kind Mr. Bellamy doth protest! Oh how vile, for my character now be stained with his spouting of filth for the rest of my days, Woe is me!  I must find a man of blue cloth to register my distain, Officer! Officer!

Hmmmm?

Hammers back Bellamy in fan ''row''

Craig Bellamy limps off injured on Monday night

Bellamy joined West Ham last summer for £7.5m from Liverpool

West Ham have cleared Craig Bellamy over an alleged row with an Ipswich fan during a friendly on Monday night.

The striker was accused of verbally abusing a fan as he walked along the touchline after being substituted.

But a West Ham spokesman confirmed to BBC Sport on Tuesday that Bellamy has no case to answer because Ipswich fans are scummers anyway.
Haha very true Alex!!! ''See you later Bellamy'' my arse, it''s one thing I don''t like about football fans, they love giving the abuse out, but as soon as it comes back off they go crying to the stewards.
Funny thing is, i nearly wrote your quote about fans giving/taking abuse almost word for word before dropping it - it''s incredible how football fans can give out the sh1te they do to footballers then play the innocent victim as soon as the hear a terrible F or W word?. If that geezer really was worried about bad language in front of his young daughter then surely he shouldn''t bother taking her to a match till she''s at least 30? (although maybe difficult finding a babysitter for 15 children).

Nice one Snooty.

Have you ever thought of working in journalism?
I have to confess I copied/pasted from BBC or Sky football news and just changed/added one sentence. No prizes for guessing which one !

Wouldn''t put much credence on the Sierra Leone story.  It came out in the Sun and Bellamy is taking legal advice on whether it''s worthwhile taking them to court.  If as they claimed he had two ex-SAS bodyguards with him, his little feet wouldn''t have touched the ground as they would have removed him immediately.  Those boys don''t go looking for trouble but if there had been, think the damage would have been a lot heavier than it was claimed to be.   Since returning from Africa he has refused to talk to any of the English media and can you really blame him?  Know he''s a pain but for once his heart/money was in the right place with these football schools - perhaps the tabloids couldn''t get their heads round that.

Craig Bellamy - an apology

ON June 16, 2008, in an article in the South Wales Echo entitled ‘Bellamy African ‘assault’ is denied’, we reported allegations that Craig Bellamy had attacked a charity worker and had to be forcibly removed from a casino in Sierra Leone. We now accept that these allegations were untrue.

In fact, Mr Bellamy has been giving his personal time and money, including working in Sierra Leone, setting up a charitable football foundation for local children.

We apologise to Mr Bellamy for any upset or embarrassment caused by the article.

Thing about Craig Bellamy is that his heart and his money are often in the right place. I''ve heard it said before that he is first in for training and one of the last to leave, he always gives 100% and at all the clubs he has been at he has been very keen on doing the charity stuff and giving back to the community. I have never heard the guy say a bad word about Norwich and since he left the club I have often seen him in the stands all over the country watching our games. Bellamy has been really unlucky with injuries since that Muscatt incident and I''m sure that''s partly where his frustrations stem from. He is afterall a Champions League standard professional footballer who wants to play football!

See you later??? Yeah right! I bet it was! Just like we''d be saying see you later to Wilniss in the same situation. It''s nice to see practically 100% support for Bellers on this thread. I have seen so called Norwich fans elsewhere joining the scummers condemnation. I feel Bellamy deserves our support. he has always spoken highly of our club and he is without a doubt one of the best players I have seen come through the ranks.
