It will as usual be a tough divisionNorwich will finish 12thI think Birmingham are best equipped to go straight back up  Reading will probably finish second if Coppell can get them focused but they will have lost a player or 2The playoffs I suspect will be from Crystal P Sheff Utd Wolves and Charlton  I think it will be a poor season for Derby and Watford and QPR arent there just yet.  ( if there are no more significant buys)Bristol C and Scummers will be always interested in the playoffs but wont be there at the end Of the promoted sides Swansea have the best side, Notts Forrest the big names but too many Div 1 players Doncaster will make a speedy return along with Blackpool and it will be from Shefff Wed, Barnsley and possibly Burnelynothing season for the likes of Southampton Plymouth and Cardiff

I have absolutely no idea where we will finish somewhere between top and bottom this league is impossible to call plus we are still waiting for probably the most important piece of the jigsaw.

Ask me in a month. Oh go on 10th then

Given that there was a lot of optimism in this thread it would be interesting to know if anyone wants to revise their prediction downwards based on what we''ve seen so far.

Perhaps a little foolishly, I put £10 on us being promoted this year.  This is completely out of character for me as i''m not what you might call a betting man.  All I can say is that it''s a gut feeling (a bit like food poisoning I hear you all say!).  So, on that basis, my prediction is 6th, with a heroic display at Wembley to win the Play-offs.

Don''t send the men in white coats - I promise I am sane.

hahaha and some fans wonder why we are going to be relegated... [:$]
