Perhaps Glenn is sorting his striking options in one fell swoop? Ameobi plus Riordan? 

Ameobi, Cureton and Riordan doesn''t sound too bad, but is there someone there who can get you 20 goals a season, thats what would worry me, we would need that to go up automatically.

I also have an awful feeling that if we sign Ameobi he will end up getting injured and spend most of the season on the sidelines.
