The Butler

Same endless story

Recommended Posts

This was from an ex employee of NCFC when all this happened (in a reasonably senior position)

DS approached the bank says I want to invest in NCFC BUT not while RC is on the board

Bank puts pressure on RC (calling in long term overdraft and forcing player sales p***ing off supporters)

Uncle GW steps in and temporarily buys shares. DS gets her wish and everyone thinks she''s a saint!

So how much did it cost her? A lot of the clubs assets were already in place bought by Bob the Builder. Only the catering side has been boosted to protect her stock (in and out of the kitchen)

So PC has taken a similar line and is using the support base instead of the bank.

What goes around comes around!

Well done Pete!Strange that nobody seems to notice this thread, if this revelation appeared on the EDP website there''d be twenty posts on here within minutesIt is one of the most illuminating posts ever to appear on this board..What the Butler is saying is that he was told by people well placed to know such matters that all the vitriol directed towards Chase in the last few months of his tenure was actually engineered in some part by Delia Smith as part of a takeover bid...The zealous "Ipswich supporting" Bank Manager who called in the overdraft causing the sales of so many players and Chases position to be untenable may have been acting for reasons other than spite of our Club. How long would you give Delia before the riots start  down Carrow road if the £16m loan was called in?
