Now you lovely old Pickers I promised to keep you up with the news from the Free Bet desk , I can tell you that the "talented one" is in the processes of getting the presentation of your winnings to Foncy  from Dixmar Racing , I will leave that to Nutty to bring you the date and time and we both want to see as many of you lovely old Pickers there as we can , other wise what is the point if you cant bask in the glory you have achieved ?

I know its only a week since the season and the Free Bet finished but goodness me I am missing it , I know Nutty is as well as he has told me so . If I can bring you the Free Bet next season and I know its a big If , I promise I wont annoy you with my crazy themes , I wont inflict my self upon you with that sort of thing , I  promise. Having said that a reader of the Free Bet , (not a poster) said to me that he enjoyed the theme  Captain Yankee''s voyage to the Dixmar , he said "That was brilliant,  I could almost hear the wind in the sail''s and taste the salt in the air" so we pleased one lovely old City fan Yankee , So the effort was well worth it . I will talk to you lovely old Pickers soon . arrdee.

Ardee and Nutty, this is a great thing to have in place - A way to raise funds and bring the guys (and gals) on here togther, and, I have to add very entertaining reading the ''themes'' that you both roll out so well.

Good luck with trying to keep this going next season and I would also like to throw my hat into the ring to be a picker next season too, if that is possible.

I am afraid to ask Billy Dixon for too much  like the European matches , Is he going say "how much does arrdee want"? remember Dixmar have given us all we want this season , even when we went down on a Friday still giving us the 5 selections we had left on the sat . also giving us a Free Bet on the super bowl . Its most important to me that I bring you the Free Bet for the whole of next season and If you leave it to me I am confident we may have a chance of getting it . Remember Norwich City are the only club in the world who have this unique way of helping their club at the moment . So please leave It to me , you all know arrdee gets his own way in the end , always have done , always will do . [;)] arrdee.

i understand what ardee is saying here

also how would they sort it out with several fixtures per day! if you do results for week you could end up 5days later france v italy needing 1pt each and playing a safe draw etc...

Oh and would love another shot at doing the picks. My week was rather troublesome, what with the board being ill at the time. However given my recent form with the picks, if you so chose to use me you may want to wait a few months. Cant say my picking is good for the morale of the thread!

Hope it will be back too, I dont always place a pick but do when i can....its about the only thread that doesnt start a major row!!!!!!

 

Just a thought on from the Euro free bet.....if we cant do Free bet next year, how about Archant setting up a dream team style thing where we pay an entry fee (minimal) and profits go to FONCY????
