Bovril 264 Posted April 28, 2008 After several reported outstanding performances Joe Lewis has been named in the ''League two team of the year'' at the annual awards...This lad seems to have a great future ahead of him and i really hope he has another good season next year. I''m not in the opinion that Glenn Roeder should''nt have sold him as it was a good deal for all parties which rarely happens.I also got the opputunity one tuesday night of watching him play in February in the match @ griffin park between ''Brentford vs Peterborough'' and although he has things to work on obivusly (mainly his ability to take crosses more forcefully, a bit like marshall) but you could see all the main attributes where there, and he even had time to make a cracking camera-save from a point blank header as well.So, well done Joe on a cracking season and I also wish peterborough well next season, in my opinion its great when an east anglian team gets promoted (even ipswich), because at the end of the day we all want to see local sides playing against each other at the top level.
