Barnsley?  But surely they are safe!

It is hard to see past Leicester or Saints.  I''d plump for the former, as they have to play at Stoke who are going for the title, but it could easily be Saints who are woeful on their day and being in the relegation place it is they who have to get a result of some sort to have any chance, whereas the others don''t.

Who would I like to go?  I still can''t forgive Coventry for 1985 (though to be fair to them, it was Everton who ''cheated'' us the most - all Cov did is beat the sides put infront of them) and would be happy to see them go, but for that to happen Sheff Wed would need to (at least) draw vs us, Saints and Leicester would both need to win - surely even in this weird league all that won''t happen?!

Yes you could well be right "sons of Boadicea" with Leicester , they are down amongst the dead men of this league and looking doomed .arrdee

Southampton usually seem to be one of those teams who manage to pull out a result when needed and that result against West Brom would have given them some belief. I reckon Leicester will be the ones to take the plunge but my predictions are usually very, very wrong - remember that when I post on the free bet threads!!! [:D]

I very much hope it isn''t Leicester because they will skew League One with their money..........

you could say that about all the teams in the frame with the exception of Blackpool, cam me old mate, hope you stick around next season and good luck in div 1

I am going to go with Southampton, despite their reputation as last day survival specialists, their -17 goal difference and a tough last match against sheffield Utd who have lost just one match in their last 10,with a record of 8 wins,1 Draw and 1 loss, but who still need a win to make the playoffs.

All the money they spent this year didnt deliver much, and if they go down I doubt there will be much left (in fact they might even be administration candidates).

We thought they''d skew the Champ with their money Camul.  Mandaric has lost the plot, if indeed he ever had it.  To think I used to respect him for prioritising players over infrastructure at Pompey [:$] Apparently it''s the first time in their 124 year history Leicester have been outside the top two divisions, remarkable stat.

In any case, there''s three promotion places up for grabs.

Looking forward to the friendly at your new ground.  Best of luck for next season.
