FU MAN SHOE 0 Posted April 7, 2008 Dont rub it in guys!...I bet there are loads on here who wanted tickets but couldn''t get them...bl**dy annoying there is no TV coverage and apart from coverage on Radio 5 Extra most of us will be deprived of the ''pleasure''.All the more annoying as I had enough away ticket stubs to qualify for an Portaloo ticket, but not living close to the city I never got round to bringing all my tickets in for registration. I really dont see why with today''s technology...and data collection, we have to go through this archaic process. As a member I buy all my tickets through the NCFC ticket office, surely a membership number would have been enough to apply for tickets. perhaps I start another thread or a poll on this subject ready for next season. Boyo 0 Posted April 7, 2008 Yeh that police escort from the station to the ground takes ages and at the end they keep you about 30 mins after the final whistle then you get out the ground and its about another 30 mins before they get you walking then it takes ages for the coaches to actually leave the coach park. That part of the day really annois me!!!
Captain Holt 520 Posted April 7, 2008 Just got my tickets after the club had recieved some returns

Thanks anyway.

chicken 0 Posted April 8, 2008 I''m not - I am working ;oCBut I am always shocked about how the police deal with these things. If you look at the situation logically the best thing to do would be to release the away fans first - get them on their coaches and escort them to the station etc. Anyone that hangs around and looks as though they want trouble you can arrest before anything kicks off.If you let the home fans go first you are allowing them to go and get prepared for whatever they want to do should it kick off.I know this is all highly unlikely but havent all of the problems before come about because home fans have waited somewhere to ambush the away fans? Plus the away fans have further to travel and the extra half an hour to an hour is just another unessisary delay which could make traveling home more difficult - or like in the past missing a train and having to wait an hour only to see drunken taahhhn fans poor into the station for more trouble! Iwan is God 0 Posted April 8, 2008 I could have had a ticket, being a s/t holder, but have decided not to go. I despise being cattle hurded from the station to the ground & back again! Also, if we lose you have to watch the scum fans gloat as you''re not allowed to leave early!
