Keep The Faithers.....

Recommended Posts

Are alive and well and on this board.

They sprung to life during the ''Worthy Out'' days and just like then, they still don''t like hearing the reality of the situation, so they attack the poster or try to ridicule them, anything, as long as they aren''t reminded of how much Smith/Jones and the board have failed this club.

Or how bad the managers selected by these muppets have been, and how they have failed, time and time again.

Indeed, one or two of these sad, tormented souls, will even try to blame the said poster, for the bad form and the team losing games, anything, rather than point the finger where it should be pointed................at Carrow Road and Colney.

KEEP THE FAITH?

Oh for sure!.[:S]

Wiz - Sorry to change the subject, but on the thread about whether we will go down or not I think your the only one who thinks we will go down. Now I know your game, and its all harmless fun, but Im just curious whether honestly you think we will go down. Im talking your honest thoughts, not your personas thoughts [:)]

Back on the subject. Roeder is obviously a strong willed man, and I think his reactions will gauge to what extent the board support him this summer. He isnt afraid to get on peoples bad sides, and I bet he wont hesitate to criticize the board. So im going to wait to see what happens this summer, Glenn is obviously preparing a massive overhaul of the squad (Which is desperately needed), we will see how the board reacts to this. Should be interesting either way. But for now, I think the board have sold us short in recent years. But as usual I dont want to comment too much on matters that im uninformed on, as I have relatively no idea of the goings on behind the scenes at the club.

And the reality of the situation is what.  That we are a championship club living within our financial means, suffering the after effects of a poor managers bulk buying spree.

Every team/person/company makes mistakes.  Its how you learn from them thats important.  We will see just how much this board has learned come the summer wont we.  Me, I am remaining quietly confident

Keeping the faith, yes I am, its one of the side effects of having a sunny disposition.

FGS, Can you not give your bleating and whining a rest? Every single post, every single topic you start it''s the same old thing. You are like a stuck record (a 78 I believe you would call it).

As opposed to "Hexgate", where the poster claims credit for the good form and the team winning games...

You are funny, Wiz.

Now sshhhhhhhh.

You''re a joke who simply can''t keep to a rational opinion, aren''t you?

Only on this forum do you get these labels that people throw around with stigma attached. It''s pathetic and exceptionally childish of posters who resort to this. It''s no better than mindless name calling, and those that indulge in it should be ashamed.

We are all Norwich City fans, we are all pained by the situation we find ourselves in and we are all keen to see us climb out of it. Our only differences are our opinions on how this should be done.

The reality of the situation is this - if we don''t all grow up and start pulling together and actually try and support the side, relegation will happen. But disappointingly I can''t see those here actually being man enough to put their opinions aside and start showing the club the support they need. Obviously their reputations here as some digital no body is more important than supporting our club to the last to ensure we stay in this division.

Wiz why do you always get on your high horse, it''s as if you never do wrong, and often what you criticise others for you do yourself!  Just because some people disagree with you (not me, I agree with you) doesn''t mean they are wrong and you are automatically right!

Lets turn it round, if we go down is Roeder a good or bad manager, I will say his job was to keep us up, if he takes us down he has failed. So far i am with him but as i have said before, mistakes have crept in, his talents will show or not in this dodgy run imo.

Come on guys, Wiz is a wind-up. A parody of the modern day fickle football fan. As I said somewhere earlier, if the News of the world was the norwich city paper, Wiz would be the editor.

I only ever respond when I want to know what the mans genuine thoughts are, which usually seem to revolve around relegation for some reason.

I now have my serious head on Trent.

Looking at the fixture list, and believing as I do, that is the worse/weakest City side I can remember for a long, long time, then yes sadly, I really do believe we will be relegated. Never have I wanted to be proved wrong as much I do now.

The Colchester game will almoast decide that.

Now to GR:

I believe he was charged with keeping City in the Chumps League................if he achieves that, then it will be down to him and him alone, and he should be allowed to rebuild the side..................but if he fails, then he should go...........as the same rule applies.

Think we all agree the Colchester game is massive. People are saying its the biggest game since Fulham and I cant disagree. There are still games for us to win, but losing at home to Colly would be a huge dent to our confidence.

GR - Agree. I think he has done a great job already re-building our squad. But Rome wasnt built in a day, hence the need to sign several loanees. I think (Assuming he is still here) we wont see Glenns true idea of a squad until next January to be perfectly honest. But if we go down, the lack of activity this January will look very bad on his part, and I doubt he would stay (Assuming he isnt sacked). Either way im excited, as this time next year I hope we have a completely new squad, none of the dross we have had to endure as of late. But it all depends on us staying up.

Bloody good point Nuff Said.

But since GR has brought in these loan ''baby'' players, its a near run thing!.

No, I wouldn''t want Evans or Pearce here next season, I see Evans goals have dried up of late though[:|].
and Wayne Rooney only has 8 goals this season for Manchester United so I suppose we wouldn''t want him either.  I would be very gutted if Ched Evans joined another Championship team next season, he is still 18/19 and is improving all the time.   Ok Wiz, hand on heart moment again.   When he banged that goal in at Cardiff did you or did you not wish we would sign this guy up for next season?
Not too bothered about Pearce either, I think we need a more experienced player to provide competition for Shack and Doc, someone in the Primus mould (although Linvoy himself is probably a year or two too old now). Evans, though, will score plenty with quality players around him - he looks by far our biggest goal threat at the moment. I could easily see him scoring 20 goals next season if he was playing in a successful Championship side, whether that be us or someone else...

I would want both of them next season, they are still young lads and will only get better next year, maybe even Gibbs, you can see that he has the potential and maybe with a bit of beefing up etc etc, he can be a good player, regardless of what people say. We, as a meduim clubs need loan players, but we need loan players who will add to the team and play like Norwich City players not like loan players.
