                     Dion          Rigters

Subs:

Gilks, Pearce, Pattison, Hux, Evans

Score: I think ColU will come here thinking they can get a win, and I think they will; 2-1 to ColU.

Fully agree with that team selection and bench. If we line up with a side like that on Saturday I can''t see anything other than a Norwich win.

That''s the spirit!  Good grief.  Do I sit next to you in the Barclay?  The bloke always thinks we''re going to lose.

Rigters will get 30 minutes or so, particularly if it''s 0-0 - but I think we''ll win 2-0.

I think that I would want reassurance that Hux is moving more freely and is more match fit than he was at Sheffield. Perhaps he would be better  as an inspirational substitute. Ditto Dion, who has not scored now for a long time. I also think that I would start with Curo and Ched up front, - the latter got through a mountain of work at Sheffield, and could be dangerous with any straight free-kick.Otherwise, the midfield more or less chooses itself - Crotfy, Fozzy, Rusty, Berty, while the issue in defence would be the central pairing. I would play Pearce and one of Doc/Shax. Given the latter''s tendency to give the ball away, and the former''s tendency to wrestle on the edge of the penalty area, I am not sure who to pick, but Semi and Mo pick themselves if Berty plays wide left in the midfield. The score is difficult to predict,- it could be anything from 0-0 to 4-4, depending on mistakes and taking of chances. Having seen City at Sheffield, and unless Rigters comes good, I can''t see us scoring more than one, however. If we make a silly mistake, we could concede, so I fancy 1-1 as the most likely score, given the desperation of the Us, although I hope that we shall win.

I can''t believe the negativity on this board.

We are playing at home against the bottom team in the league.

They have significant injury problems.

We are supposed to be supporters.  Let''s try getting behind the team!

Sadly I agree. Colchester haven''t won or kept a clean sheet since the old king died, and with all the pressure on us, I think we''ll lose 1-0.

O.K then. There is not a credit crunch. NCFC are running away with the Premiership and it is in the mid 60s outside oh  and I''ll  now remove my head from my a***.

That was mature.  Are you twelve, or can you not show some faith in and support for your team and feel compelled to reply only with moronic sarcasm?

Oops, I only included what I thought would be the first goal.

I meant 5-1.

Easy win. Col have loads out injured and are generally crap!

3-0 or 4-0

[/quote]

Said it would be easy. Lets hope they can keep it up against Bristol who are running out of steam when it matters, just like stoke.
