roeder, his style and his plans?

Recommended Posts

I have to admit, when i heard of the roeder appointment,i was surprised, not annoyed just surprised as i felt he was more of a coach these days.but, the achievements he has here already are truly gobsmackingly good.he has taken us from rekegation certs to promotion outsiders with a small underskilled squad (try and deny it)he has employed a very intelligent style in his psychological way. he has thrown away the "favourites" title, made them a team, kept them on their toes and most of all. he has decided to clear the crap out.ok he has many loan players, but i don''t mind, this isn''t just players joining a club, this is a wake up call for those already here. Evans for instance, here to show up chris martin? As a player you have to challenge yourself if you want to succeed and rather than tell someone to just climb everest. (a task that some people would find impossible) you have to try and show then that the task is achieveable..i think thats what he has done with evans and martin..he challenges players, the youth, the fringe players, and the ones playing, everyone is mates but are now competitive..want to play for the shirt, or the glory, both work..i applaud him on that front.tactically he has proved himself as well. 13 games unbeaten, 39? points picked up since his arrival. and he has transformed our results, holding top teams and beating those around us, yes we have had off days, but then again, shit happens, alot more of it would of happened if grant was here still. So people back off. he has done well. after all, whats your expectations??  promotion? you must be joking, with our squad, budget and time frame left..we are too small a team to go up. we are a small side, dont deny that either, we are underdogs, write us off, and we bounce back, but never expect anything of us..(dont bash me, you know im right, im norwich through and through 40 games a season)anyway back to roeder, what can we expect of him in the future?well, i think we will see a new load of youth stars coming in..scouts not looking through score magazine or the sticker books for our next transfer target and more importantly premiership football. things take time, he knows that, we know that, so we shouldnt complain, im getting sick of people whinging. you don;t really have a clue.you are the same people who worship huckerby like a god, think munby is pure evil when he is one of the most competant people i know and you people think we are the prem club in the wrong division, no, we are where we should be and need to be.END OF RANT.
