Houston Canary 0 Posted March 1, 2008 Note to Manager: No more mid-season trips to Spain. Are we expecting Blackpool to score on themselves, because I don''t see us taking any shots. You can''t score if you don''t shoot. Get Evans on there, NOW! He shoots.
Polar 0 Posted March 1, 2008 nah... just giving them a head start. i reckon they''re feeling nostalgic, i mean... we haven''t given anyone a two nil lead since before Roeder arrived, got to re-live "good times" every now and again.

BlyBlyBabes 0 Posted March 1, 2008 Oh dear. And I was feeling very chipper today.Well, 45 minutes to peg it back.Let''s see what they''re made of. BBC reporting serious injury to Fotheringham. Any details anybody?OTBC
Ginja 43 Posted March 1, 2008 I keep trying to remind myself thatwe''ve come a long way since Roeder joined and that the position we find ourselves in is much better then bottom of the league 5 points adrift, but it''s days like today that remind you that we still got an incredibly long way to go before we even can consider a play off challenge, a couple of wins and draw will secure safety for this season and I guess thats the most important objective. Clearly the summer will mean a big rebuilding job or much of the same will follow next season. It will be interesting to see whether Glen can reproduce the same unbeaten run ever again... Web Team - Vince 0 Posted March 1, 2008 From the Pink ''Un match report ----There was more controversy after 39 minutes when McPhee stretchedBlackpool''s lead. In the build up to the goal, Fotheringham suffered aclash of heads with Southern and went down in the centre circle - butthe official allowed play to continue and Hoolahan threaded a passthrough to McPhee, who beat Marshall with a powerful right foot shot. Before play could resume, Fotheringham was carried off on a stretcher and Pattison came on as substitute. There had been a four-minute hold up while Fotheringham received attention and he went off holding his head with both hands."

Can''t believe the ref just allowed play to continue, which eventually lead to a second goal for Blackpool. Brilliant, thanks alot you muppet. The ref and linesmen were awful today - almost as bad as we played.

And you''re right, the officials were as bad as we were.
