Here''s a novel suggestion for the solution to the problem that got us on Saturday with Fozzys'' injury. Why not, as they do in rugby, allow the coach on the pitch while the game is flowing? If it''s as serious as Eduardo''s injury was then they can signal to the ref and get the game stopped, otherwise the treatment can be done on the pitch and the game can flow and the whole issue of putting the ball out (as DD did a few minutes before) become irrlevant.
